These pizza heart cookies are the cutest little treats to make for Valentine’s Day parties for the classroom or for at home. The little pizza boxes are the perfect added touch which allows your guests to take their cookies home once completed. And while we call these pizza cookies- they do not taste like pizza (they taste like chocolate dipped cookies!). Today, I will be sharing a shopping list on how to create your own pizza heart cookies and also a free printable that you can download for personal use. Supplies for yout Pizza Heart Cookies
- Heart shaped sugar cookies (I bought mine from Target)
- Red chocolate melts or red icing
- White chocolate bar
- Twizzler pull n peel
- Sour Patch Kids or Gummi bears
- Cheese grater
- Mini pizza box (optional)
The kids had a lot of fun building this one. I helped my younger child grate the chocolate to be safe. My older was able to do this all herself- cutting the candy up and even helping her little brother. Then we used double-sided tape to tape on the card to the box. Easy peasy, delicious and so cute!
